Worklify provides a suite of productivity tools including document management, attendance tracking, project management, e-signature, and AI-powered features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Worklify for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Worklify are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the effective date.
